E-commerce plataform and editor for customized instagram filters
Introduction
In a digital age where personalization and social media intertwine, the need for bespoke digital content has never been more prevalent.
Recognizing a niche for customizable social media filters, I spearheaded the development of an innovative e-commerce platform that allows users to personalize filters for Instagram, catering to both personal events and corporate functions.
This project was showcased at the Rio Innovation Week in August 2024
My role and Contributions
My role encompassed comprehensive beanchmark research and the execution of user interface solutions that catered to an intuitive shopping and customization experience.
I led the design of user journeys, high-fidelity wireframes, and the final UI/UX implementations, ensuring that the platform was not only aesthetically pleasing but also functionally robust.
Managing a team of six (between designers, developers and quality assurence professionals), I balanced project leadership with hands-on design tasks.

Challenges
One significant challenge I faced was ensuring that the design of the platform supported the technical demands of customizable AR features.
Coordinating between the diverse needs of the design and development teams, I led efforts to create a seamless user experience that bridged creative aspirations with practical application.
This often meant translating complex design visions into actionable tasks for developers, ensuring both feasibility and fidelity in the final product.
Balancing the aesthetic elements with technical constraints required constant communication, negotiation, and compromise, particularly in integrating real-time customization features without sacrificing system performance.
Conclusion
This project not only enhanced my skills in managing complex challenges and teams but also deepened my understanding of the e-commerce landscape for digital content.
It stands as a testament to the potential of combining technology with creativity to meet contemporary needs in social media engagement.
